The Grupo de Ecología y Conservación de Islas, A. C. (GECI) is a non-profit civil association with more than 20 years of experience. Its team is composed of directors, project coordinators, field biologists, technicians, staff and associated researchers, along with a solid administration. This multidisciplinary group of professionals is dedicated to the conservation, sovereignty, knowledge and sustainable development of the Mexican island territory. With a high level of specialization and extensive field and office experience, GECI is recognized as one of the strongest teams worldwide in island conservation and restoration.
